save & create jobs
at no cost to the American tax payer through the EB-5 Regional Center Program
The EB-5 Regional Center Program has expired since june 30, 2021
Unless you take actions right now, the EB-5 economic development program will expire in:
On June 24, 2021, one Senator objected to Senators Grassley’s, Leahy’s, and Cornyn’s request for unanimous consent for the Senate to pass S. 831, the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2021. The objection prevented S.831 from being passed before the Senate adjourned for its Fourth of July Recess. As such, it was not possible to reauthorize the EB-5 Regional Center Program before the June 30th expiration date.

Coalition to Save and Create Jobs (CSCJ) was established to promote economic recovery, development, and growth by assuring the good-government and long-term reauthorization of the EB-5 Regional Center Program through the bipartisan EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2021, championed by U.S. Senators Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Patrick Leahy (D-Vermont) and U.S. Representatives Greg Stanton (D-Arizona) and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-Pennsylvania).
EB-5 Reform and integrity act of 2021
In addition to providing stability of the EB-5 Regional Center Program, the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2021 also includes strong integrity provisions that protect good faith investors and lawful Regional Centers from any bad actors seeking to defraud investors.
