save & create jobs

at no cost to the American tax payer through the EB-5 Regional Center Program

The EB-5 Regional Center Program has been reauthorized through september 2027

Unless you take actions right now, the EB-5 economic development program will expire in:

With a vote of 68 yeas and 31 nays, the U.S. Senate passed a sweeping federal spending package on March 10, 2022 that included the reauthorization of the EB-5 Regional Center Program. The House passed the same bill the night before. The measure was signed by President Biden and reauthorized the Regional Center Program through September 2027.

It is the first long-term reauthorization the Program has received since 2015.
